To keeps costs down we conduct all business via e-mail or regular mail (no telephone contact # is available).

Listing Corrections

If, at any time, you discover that we have made an error in writing your listing, please let us know immediately and we will make the correction for no charge. If your page has an error, please click here and fill out our feedback form or e-mail us at mail@lodging.org with a description of the error. You may also print out your listing page, mark it up with changes and mail it to the address at the bottom of this page. Please include your property name, city and state. We typically update listings within 3 days, but if you have a high priority change, let us know and we will try to do the update sooner. 

Listing Renewal for 2008

The renewal fee covers your listing for a full calendar year from Jan 1, 2008 to Dec 31, 2008. The renewal fee is based on the number of pictures with your listing per the following table. There has been no increase in the renewal fee in the last 6 years! Renewal invoices were sent out by regular mail January 29, 2008. Your listing may be cancelled if payment is not received by March 15, 2008. If your mailing address has changed, please let us know.

* Each additional picture over 5 is $10 apiece.
If your listing appears under a 2nd city on the state map, there is an additional $10 fee.

Changes

Please let us know if you would ever like changes made to your listing. The following rate schedule applies to listing changes:

Category Change Description Fee
Errors and inaccuracies Correct our typographical or other errors with your initial listing. Free
Text changes Change or rewrite text (within 30 days of initial listing). Free
Minor changes or rewriting after the first 30 days of listing. Includes rate changes, rental season changes, etc. Free
Major changes or rewriting after the first 30 days of listing. $10
Property name or city change Change the property name or city of listing at any time during the year. The listing address URLs on our website are organized by state-city-property name. A change of the property name or city requires that we rename your listing URL and associated records. This renaming may lower your listing page hit rate until the search engines are updated. $10
Add 2nd city Add your listing under a 2nd city on a state map any time during the year. The next year's annual renewal fee is also an additional $10.  $10
e-mail address Add or change e-mail address. Free
Web links Add or change web link.  Free
Pictures Add the first 2 pictures to a listing. Free
Add additional pictures (if your site already has 2 pictures) at any time during the year. $10 apiece
Replace existing pictures with new pictures at annual renewal. Free
Replace existing pictures with new pictures at any time during the year, except annual renewal. $10 apiece

For changes requiring a fee, please mail a check for payment to the address below within 15 days after updated listing is published.

To add or replace pictures, send the photograph(s) with a check for payment to the address below. Instead of photographs, you can send JPEG files via e-mail (mail@lodging.org)
