Cabin Rental Rates and SeasonsThe California vacation cabins are available for rent all year. Rental rates for the riverfront cabins for 2 people are $80 per day, or $480 per week. There is a $10 fee for each additional person. The rental rates do not include a 10% hotel tax and are subject to change. Accommodation DetailsThe vacation property has 5 cabins, accommodating up to 4 people each. The vacation cabins have heat and air conditioning, private bathrooms, decks, and fully equipped kitchens with coffeemakers, dishes, and pots and pans. The cabin rentals come with linens and towels. The riverfront property has a large lawn area, sand beach, barbecue grills, ping pong table, and swimming hole. Pets are permitted ($10 per dog flat rate). Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. The cabins are not handicap accessible. SurroundingsThe cabins are in a remote, forested area in the Klamath Mountains in the Six Rivers National Forest. The ranch has a 2-acre organic vegetable and flower garden, and a fruit and nut tree nursery. Milking goats and chickens are raised at the ranch. Guests are welcome to visit the garden and watch the goats at milking time. A variety of wildlife and plants are located in the garden and surrounding area. The cabins are on the Klamath River. Water recreation includes swimming, rafting or kayaking, and fishing. White water trips available - best to reserve in advance. Nearby recreation includes hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, bird watching, and hunting. Steelhead fishing in Orleans is one of the finest of Northern California. Drift boat guide and fly fishing instruction services are available. Motors are not allowed on the river. The small rural town of Orleans has a diverse community of Native Americans, organic farmers, local merchants, artisans, and many more. A variety of handmade crafts are made at the ranch, including dried flower wreaths,
beeswax candles, soap, and salves. Throughout the year, the ranch offers seminars on many interesting topics
