Rental rates and seasons

The California house is available for rent all year. Rental rates for the vacation house are:

$950 per 3 days (3 day minimum)
$1,750 per week
$6,400 per month

Accommodation Details

This is a comfortable ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room, living room and a den that opens onto the decking (as shown in pictures). Great views are provided from the living room, den and decks!

This large vacation home sleeps up to 6 people. This is a housekeeping unit which has a fully-equipped kitchen: dishes, and pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker; and linens, towels, bedsheets, and pillows.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The home is on a private road on the upper Riveria in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire house is elevated on a secluded 1/2 acre property with magnificent views of the Pacific coastline, Santa Barbara islands, and city center below (which is enhanced with 800 sq ft of decking with shaded coverings).

The home is located near the Santa Barbara Mission off of Alemeda Padre Sierra road in the upper Riviera, one block from the El Encanto Hotel. It is near parks, hiking, hiking trails, golf, and tennis.
