Rental rates and seasons

The California mountain resort is open all year. The seasonal rental rates for the cottages range from $55 to $140 per day.

Accommodation details

The vacation resort has 10 AAA-approved one & two bedroom cottages of varying size, accommodating from 2 to 8 people per unit. Cottages have linens, outdoor barbecue grill, and most have a complete kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and crock pot. All are non-smoking.

The property has a playground, picnic area and campfire ring. The resort also has a RV park with full hookups, tent sites, gift shop, and Wi-Fi.

Pets are allowed, smoking is not. The resort is not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The resort is secluded and quiet, and the site is wooded and mountainous. It is located in the quaint town of Redcrest, and is on the Avenue of Giants, a 30-mile scenic drive winding through Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

Across the street is a cafe and 2500-year-old Eternal Tree House. Access to the Pacific Ocean is only 35 miles away, and the Eel River is also nearby. Nearby recreation includes fishing, golf, hiking, bicycling, and hunting.
