Rental Rates and Seasons

The Colorado vacation cottages are open from mid-May thru mid-October. Rental rates for the river cottages are $100 to $140 per day.

Accommodation Details

The mountain river property has 11 cottages of varying size. The very clean cottages have 1 or 2 bedrooms and accommodate from 2 to 6 people each. The vacation cottages have heat, private bathrooms, decks, TV's, and kitchens with coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, pots and pans. The cottage rentals also come with linens and towels. Daily maid service is provided.

The mountain river property has a hot tub for adult use, a children's playground, horseshoes, barbecue grills, lawn furniture along the river, and several fire pits.

Smoking is allowed outside the cottages only. Sorry, no pets.

Surroundings

The river cottages are quiet, and the property is mountainous. The rustic cottages are at the base of a pine-covered mountain in the Big Thompson Canyon. They are along the Big Thompson River, where you can peacefully fish for trout and other fish.

The comfortable and affordable family accommodations are just minutes from the many activities of Estes Park and the scenic beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park and its surrounding mountains and lakes. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, and more.
