Rental Rates and Seasons

The Florida vacation cottages are available for rent all year. Rental rates for the Gulf of Mexico cottages are $525 to $1050 per week. If more than 4 people stay in a cottage, there is an additional $100 charge per extra person.

A 20% deposit is required for confirmation of a reservation prior to check-in. A 10% Florida Room tax applies to all rental fees. Any form of payment is accepted, including Visa and MasterCard.

Accommodation Details

The vacation property has 11 two-bedroom cottages, with each cottage accommodating up to 5 people. The vacation cottages have heat and air conditioning, screened porches, private bathrooms, phones, TVs, and fully equipped kitchens with coffeemakers, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. The cottage rentals also come with linens and towels.

The Gulf of Mexico property has a sand beach, boat dock on Lemon Bay and Intra-coastal waterway, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities.

Pets are not allowed. The vacation cottages are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The cottages are secluded and quiet. The property is on the Gulf of Mexico and has 500 feet of private beach frontage. Water recreation includes swimming, surf and bay fishing, and shelling.
