Vacation Cabin Rental Rates and Seasons

The Georgia vacation getaway cabin is available for rent all year. Rental rates are $85 to $145 per day or $395 to $595 per week.

Accommodation Details

Burton Brook offers a new cedar cabin with cathedral ceilings, central heat and air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. The cabin accommodates 6 people and has a fireplace, deck, phone, TV, VCR and washer/dryer. Firewood, videos, linens and towels are provided.

The property has a picnic table, barbecue grill and fire pit.

No smoking inside the cabin. No pets. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Burton Brook cabins are located in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, 1/2 mile from Lake Burton. Lake Burton has approximately 63 miles of shoreline, covers 2,800 acres and has 43 species of fish, including trout, bass, crappie and catfish. At the lake you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, water skiing or swimming from your boat or at the sandy beach. Boat rental and boat launching are available. Fishing guide service is also available. Nearby recreation includes golfing, trout fishing, hiking, horseback riding and hunting for deer and turkey.

Within approximately a 30 mile radius from the cabin you can enjoy white water rafting, tubing, waterfalls, and shopping in unique shops. There are many churches available. Other interesting attractions are: Tallulah Falls and gorge, trout fish hatchery, cabbage patch doll Babyland Hospital and Helen Alpine village.
