Cottage rental rates and seasonsThe mountain vacation resort is open from March through December 1. Daily rates range from $45 to $70. Pinehurst Resort Cottages is AAA-approved. Accommodation detailsThe rustic mountain resort has 6 remodeled cottages, accommodating from 2 to 6 people each. Families have been returning to this laid-back resort since the 1930's. The cottages are fully furnished, including kitchen units. Each cottage has an individual picnic table and barbeque area, some right by the river. Housebroken dogs are allowed, and smoking is allowed in some units. The cottages are not handicap accessible. SurroundingsThe riverfront resort is secluded and quiet, and the site is wooded and mountainous. The Little Salmon River runs along the entire property front. The facility provides serenity, clean mountain air, immense starry skies, and some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. Fly fish for trout in summer, or fish for giant steelhead in spring and fall. Enjoy swimming and tubing in the river, or a competitive game of horseshoes. The resort is between New Meadows & Riggins. Nearby recreation includes rafting, hiking, hunting, and downhill skiing. Additional informationThe resort also has 6 full hookups, 2 non-hookup sites, and
an antique store. The Trading Post next door offers full meals and sells gasoline and
