Rental rates and seasons

The Kentucky vacation lake resort and cabins are open all year. Rental rates for the cabins are $100 to $200 per day, or $525 to $2,400 per week. Monthly rentals are also available.

Accommodation details

The vacation resort has over 20 cabins, varying in size from 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) to 8 bedrooms (sleeps 16). Each unit comes equipped with linens and has a charcoal grill and fully-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans. The lake resort also has a laundromat and a picnic shelter for large families or reunions.

Pets and smoking are allowed. Some cabins are handicap accessible, and others are partially accessible.

Surroundings

The vacation resort is secluded and some properties are wooded. Some units are on the shores of Lake Cumberland. The resort's private dock can be used for fishing, swimming, and boat mooring. The resort has a newly installed tram for easy access to the dock, heated in-ground pool, tennis court, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, shuffle board, playground, video games, fitness room, and a basketball court. Water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing.

Nearby recreation includes golfing, hiking, bicycling, hunting, and horseback riding. Nearby is  a marina that rents boats and has a boat launch. Also close by are many golf courses, restaurants, shopping centers and malls, craft shops, and other attractions.

Lake Cumberland is a large lake with approximately 1,200 miles of shoreline. It has a water depth of 150 feet. Fish include striped, largemouth, smallmouth, Kentucky, rock, white bass, bluegill, walleye, crappie, catfish, trout, sauger, and perch. Fishing guide service is available.
