Rental rates and seasons

The friendly family-style cottage resort is open from May through October. Rental rates for the cottages are $59 to $149 off-season, and $99 to $245 in-season. Weekly rates are $590 to $1,670 in-season, and less during off-season. Special off-season 2-3 night packages are available.

Accommodation details

The resort provides casual country comfort. The 24 cottage rooms vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people each. The duplex cottages have private bathrooms, linens, and kitchenettes with dishes, pots and pans.

All units are made up as non-smoking (smoking is outside of units only). Pets are allowed. The site has laundry facilities.

Surroundings

The resort is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Nearby is ocean and river access, and swimming and fishing. A beautiful sandy beach is only 0.3 miles away. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, and bicycling. The property escapes noise and congestion, even though it is close to the Kennebunks, Wells, and Ogunquit.
