Rental rates and seasons
The Maine vacation resort and lodge is open from June 25 through
August 27. Included with your stay is 1 lakeside cottage, 3 family-style meals each day,
including our Friday night Lobster Bake, supervised youth activities, teen activities, water sports and other sports, rowboats,
canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, and sailboats. The lodge has the following rates:
Weekly Rates
1 adult: $1204-$1778/week
2 adults: $2100-$3486/week
Kids: ages 1-6 $532-$651/week, age 7-10 $805-$924/week, under age 1 $182/week

Accommodation details
The lakefront vacation lodge has 23 cottages, accommodating
from 2 to 7 people each. The cottages have private bathrooms, screened porches,
and fireplaces or Franklin fireplaces and docks. Towels and linens are included.
Rowboats, canoes, kayaks, paddle-boats & sailboats are provided, and
additional boat and motor rentals are available.
The resort and lodge features lobster bakes, and the property has sand beaches,
pier, tennis, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, ping pong, shuffleboard,
billiards, mountain biking, hiking, and a boat launch.
Pets and smoking are not allowed. The resort and lodge is partially handicap
accessible.
Surroundings
The property is secluded, quiet, and wooded with dirt roads for walking,
jogging & bicycling. The lodge is on Little Sebago Lake. Water recreation
includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and boating. Nearby recreation includes
golf, hiking, water-skiing, mountain bicycling, and horseback riding.
Little Sebago Lake is approximately 7 miles long, with a maximum water depth of
52 feet. Fish include smallmouth and largemouth bass, trout, pickerel, and
perch. Our chef will be happy to cook your days catch! Fishing guide
service is available.
