Lodge and Cottage Rental Rates and Seasons

The Maine vacation lodge and cottages are available from May through September. Daily rates range from $75 to $155, and weekly rates are $475 to $995.

Accommodation Details

The vacation property has 10 housekeeping cottages, which vary in size and have from 1 to 4 bedrooms, accommodating from 2 to 8 people each. The lodge has two 1-bedroom units on the first floor, and one large unit with 3 or 4 bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a second-floor unit with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Linens and blankets are provided.

The cottages and lodge have electric heat, and kitchens with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, refrigerators, and stoves.

For your enjoyment, the property has volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes.

Pets are permitted in the cottages. The lodge and cottages are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The lodge and cottages are secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. It is on Sebago Lake, where the property has a 200-foot private beach. Canoes and paddle boats are available at no charge, and boat and motor rentals are available. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Other recreation nearby includes golf, hiking, and bicycling.

A general store is just down the road, and there are several fine restaurants around the lake. Nearby Douglas Mountain offers hiking and climbing

Sebago Lake covers 47 square miles and has a maximum water depth of 350 feet. The water is clear and pure. Fish include salmon, lake and brook trout, bass, and perch.
