The vacation condominium sleeps 7 guests. The home has heat and air conditioning, a fireplace, phone, TV and VCR, and washer and dryer. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The lakefront property has a sand beach, pier or dock, swimming pool, and barbecue grills. Boat rentals are available.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The condo is not handicapped accessible.

This lovely first floor condominium is located directly on Lake Charlevoix. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating, water skiing, and more. 

The lake condominium is within walking distance to the shopping district with many restaurants. There are also many golf courses within a short distance. Other nearby recreation includes tennis, hiking, bicycling, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing.

Fish in Lake Charlevoix include lake trout, perch, walleye, and whitefish. Fishing guide service is available.
