Accommodation Details

The vacation cabin sleeps up to 4 guests. The home has heat, fireplace, deck, balcony, and VCR. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

Pets and smoking are allowed. The cabin is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The cabin is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The property is on North Manistique Lake, where water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, boating and waterskiing, and canoeing. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, bicycling, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hunting.

North Manistique Lake covers about 360 acres and has a maximum water depth of 50 feet. Fish include walleye, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, northern pike, rock bass, and lake trout. The lake provides great ice fishing.

Located in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula, the cabin is centrally located for easy visits to Soo Locks, Tahquarmenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, Whitefish Point at Lake Superior, and Mackinaw Island. Groomed snowmobile trails and cross-country ski trails are nearby for winter enjoyment.
