The vacation home has 2 bedrooms/1 bath, and sleeps 8. The house has heat, a screened porch, fireplace, deck, balcony, washer/dryer, satellite TV, VCR, and radio. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The lakefront property has a dock, fire pit, and picnic table.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The lakefront home is secluded and quiet. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, and bicycling.

Avalon Lake covers 425 acres and has a water depth of 75 feet. Fish include trout, pike, and bass. There is a 55 mph speed limit on the lake.
