A-1 Cottage Rentals

Rental Rates and SeasonsWe are open all year round. Memorial Day Weekend-August $120 - $140 per night with a 2 night minimum. July and August are rented out by the week only Sunday to Sunday for $800 - $925 per week. You may call 10 days in advance - if it is not rented out by the week, we will rent it with a minimum of 2 nights. After Labor Day and up to Memorial Day Weekend is $100 - $120 per night with a 2 night minimum. Accommodation DetailsThree cottages are available:
All units have view of Lake Huron in residential area. Each unit has a porch and/or deck, chairs, patio table, fire pit, and a swing to relax on. Games, books, magazines, and some child toys are in each unit. We pride ourselves in clean, affordable, updated furniture, wood walls in some of the units, fully stocked kitchens, and living rooms with cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. We do ask that our renters leave the unit clean when they leave. An air conditioner is in the Sailaway upstairs. Sailaway also has a gas fireplace. All units have fans and furnaces. Our units all have the best city water in the state without an aftertaste. Linens are available at additional $7.00 per set. Our cottages are only a 1/2 glass away from the beach!!! There are benches and tables to sit on while watching the freighters go by. The sunrises are spectacular. You can walk along the beach for quite a long time or sit down and build a sand castle. We have been renting out cottages since 1998. Our customers keep coming back to our cottages because they are clean, affordable, by the lake, beach, and have everything you need from gas BBQ grills, fire pits, swings, comfortable beds, furniture, and fully stocked kitchens. Just bring your linens, clothes, and food and we'll supply you with a book of things to do, places to go, restaurants to eat at, or just sit by the beach and read a book. Our cottages are all within walking distance of each other if you want to come with another family. 1 unit has horseshoes. All units have fire pits, tables, and chairs. Pets must be on a leash outside, and must stay off the furniture. Feces must be removed.One unit can accommodate wheelchairs. The rest have 3 or 4 stairs. SurroundingsThe cottages are in a residential area with a view of Lake Huron. Nearby water recreation includes swimming and fishing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hunting. Also bowling and playground equipment at harbor. The town of Lexington has lots of activities to offer all year round. There is music in the park free on Friday nights during the summer. Festivals are held in June, July, August, September, and October. Lexington, known as the friendly resort town has antiques, quaint shops, live entertainment in the Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop with beer, wine, and entertainment. Miniature golf and a 36 hole golf course are very close by as well as bowling. There is a drive-in theater only 30 minutes away! Lake Huron is one of the great Lakes.
