The Michigan vacation retreat is open all year. Rental rates range from $1,300 - $2,400 per night.

This large retreat can accommodate family reunions, group vacations, or business meetings for up to 64 people. The 22,000 sq ft contemporary cottage has 16 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms and is located on 6.5 acres and 340 feet of Northport Bay. It features a spacious kitchen, dining room that seats 64, large recreation room, fitness room, living room with panoramic bay view, fireplace, and 12 person hot tub. Linens and towels are provided.

This is a truly unique facility rented out to a single group only. Large, spacious. You may go home liking each other !!!!!

The lakefront property has a sand beach, dock, volleyball, basketball, barbecue grill, fire pit, and laundry facilities. A 30 ft boat slip is provided.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The lakefront home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting.

West Grand Traverse Bay covers 1,000,000+ acres and has a water depth of 800 feet. Fish include salmon, bass, perch, and whitefish. Motors are allowed. Fishing guide service is available.
