Vacation home rental rates and seasons

This Michigan vacation executive home is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

Jan-May: $2000 per week plus 6% MI sales tax
June-Aug: $3000 weekly / $5000 for 2 weeks plus 6% MI sales tax
Sept-Dec: $2000 per week plus 6% MI sales tax

Accommodation details

The vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 3½ baths, and it sleeps 7. The house has heat, fireplace, deck, washer/dryer, phone, cable TV, VCR, video games, radio and CD player. The home also has a wrapped front porch, sewing/craft room, pilates studio, and baby grand piano. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The property has a swimming pool, hot tub, basketball, barbecue grill, fire pit, and picnic table.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

This beautiful executive home is located on a quiet cul de sac within the city limits on approximately 1 acre of land at the base of the Old Mission Peninsula. The area is hilly.

Nearby water recreation includes boating, fishing, swimming,  and scuba diving. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing. The Cherry Capital Airport is close by.

Traverse City is the Lake Michigan Riviera because of its location at the base of Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan. Visitors enjoy any and all summer and winter activities. This property is within walking distance to college, museum, beaches, and shopping.

Traverse City is a vacation destination with its unique location. Day trips include biking through rolling hills, climbing the National Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, ferry rides to South Manitou, Beaver, and world famous Mackinaw Islands. Located nearby are rated gourmet dining establishments. A one week's stay would only begin to touch the surface of activities available for your family's enjoyment.
