Vacation Home Rental Rates and Seasons

June 16th - June 30th   $1,600 per week
June 30th – July 14th $1,800 per week 
July 7th -14th is National Cherry Festival
July 14th- Sept 1st $1,600 per week

This property rents from Saturday to Saturday.
Off season rates are available
50% down at time of booking. The balance due one month prior to arrival.

Resort Rental Policy:

TRANSFERS: A $150.00 fee will be charged for transferring a confirmed rental week for the same property within the same rate period.

CHECK-IN time is between 3pm-4pm on the arrival date. Early check-ins will be available, on a limited basis.  If you are unable to check-in during this time period, please call in advance to make arrangements.

CHECK-OUT time is 10 am.  Please observe this rule, as our cleaning staff needs time to prepare for our next guests.  Upon leaving, please secure all windows and doors, wash dishes, and clean out refrigerator.  Trash should be placed in trash receptacle.

LOCKED CLOSETS contain owner’s personal property.  Please respect these locked closets, cabinets or rooms.  They are NOT INCLUDED as part of your rental.

Accommodation Details

This brand new cottage/home is a 3 bedroom, 2 ˝ bath home. This cottage/home overlooks Rennie Lake and has a sandy beach and dock.

Included: TV, phone and internet service.
Heat and AC, washer/dryer, deck, fire pit and grill are included.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also included are dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, dish towels.

2 bedrooms, each with double beds, fully carpeted upstairs, with full bathroom. Master suite in on main level, with king size bed, sink, toilet and walk in shower. Hard wood flooring on main living area. Initial supply of paper products are included. Bed linens are provided, please bring your own towels.

No smoking. No Pets.

Surroundings

The home is on Rennie Lake and the property is wooded. Beautiful Rennie Lake covers about 250 acres and has no public access.  It is clean and spring fed with a beach. Great for fishing!

This home is only 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Close by is great shopping, dining, sailing, golf, tennis and jet skiing, parasailing, snowmobiling, and the VASA trail (walking, biking & cross country ski trails). Olsons Market is only 10 minutes away. Also within 40 minutes are beautiful lighthouses, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Interlochen Performing Arts Center.
