Vacation Home Rental Rates and SeasonsThis northern Michigan cottage is available for weekly or monthly rentals all year round. Rental rates are $500 per week. Individuals wishing to rent monthly may be given special rate consideration. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday with checkout time at 11:00 a.m. and check-in time at 3:00 p.m. A deposit of $200 is required. Full payment due at check-in. Accommodation DetailsThis hilltop hideaway has a great view of Indian Lake and Spider Lake (good fishing and all-sports lake) with boat launch nearby for Spider Lake. This cozy, very clean cottage is 800 square feet, two-bedrooms, each with a full size bed, one full bath and is fully furnished. The cottage also has a fireplace and deck. Cooking utensils, dishes, silverware and sundry items are provided. Pillows and blankets are provided, as well as linens. Cottage comes equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, VCR and DVD, stereo, washer/dryer, barbecue grill, everything to make your stay pleasurable. The property has a barbecue grill, fire pit, and a picnic table. Pets are OK with prior approval. Smoking outside only. The house is not handicapped accessible. SurroundingsThe home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. The views from the cottage are exceptional. Enjoy your mornings watching the sunrise on Indian Lake and the birds at the feeders. The cottage is only 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Close by is great dining, nightspots, fishing, golf, tennis, jet skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, balloon rides, parasailing, the VASA trail, Lake Michigan beaches, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Boardman River, casinos and wineries. A centrally located spot for all your day trips. Spider Lake has 29 miles of shoreline. Fish include bass, bluegill, perch, pike, and crappie.
