Accommodation details

The vacation lake resort has 3 lakefront cottages on a peaceful cove. 1 and 2 bedroom cottages are available. The 1 bedroom cottages accommodate up to 4 people and the 2 bedroom up to 6 people. All cottages have 1 bathroom.

The lakefront vacation cottages have heat, and kitchens with coffee makers, toasters, kitchen utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The lake property is landscaped with beautiful flowers, and has a sandy beach and dock. Want to play horseshoes or croquet or badminton? The supplies are available. Paddle boat, 12' flat bottom and 14' V-hull boats, and kayaks are available for guest use free of charge. Motors available for rent.

Each cottage has its own lakeside BBQ, picnic table, and fire pit with firewood for campfires provided.

No pets, please. Smoking is allowed. The resort is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Paradise Point Resort is located on a quiet peninsula on the east side of Silver Lake. It is on a quiet road, well off the main highways, an ideal situation for families and children and for anyone wanting peace and quiet!! The resort is on Silver Lake where water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, trophy fishing, and canoeing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding.

Close to downtown Traverse City and Grand Traverse Mall. Close to multiple restaurants and antique shops. Winery tours close by on Old Mission Peninsula. Turtle Creek and Leelanau Sands Casinos within easy driving distance.

During your stay enjoy the birds chirping, rustling of the leaves, the gentle waves lapping in, beautiful sunsets, and the beautiful northern Michigan starry skies at night.

Silver Lake covers about 600 acres and has a max water depth of 96 feet. There is no motor size limit. Fish include pan fish, blue gills, walleye, small mouth bass.
