Rental Rates and Seasons

The Michigan resort is open May 1 through November. Rental rates are:

Daily rates start $105 to $165
Weekly rates start at $595 to $990

10% discount May 1st to June 15 and Oct 1 through Nov.

Accommodation Details

The resort has 9 housekeeping cottages completely furnished with kitchen-living room combination.  The cottages have 2 & 3 bedrooms/1 bath and sleep 6 to 8 people.  Cottage No. 1 Sunny Knoll has air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher and two baths.  Cottage No. 3, Granma’s House has a fireplace, dish washer and washer/dryer.  Cottages 2, 4, 5 & 6 have a screened front porch.  Cottages 9 Antler Inn is handicapped accessible.  All cottages have a completely outfitted kitchen, including microwave, and coffee maker.  Beds are made up plus extra bedding for the sofa bed.  You will need to bring your own towels for the bath and beach, plus lawn chairs for the beach.

Outland's hosts many family reunions. Room for the entire family, but everyone has their own place to get away for quiet times.

The lakefront property has a large sandy beach with swim raft, children’s play area, volleyball, horseshoes, barbecue grills, picnic tables and fire pits.

Pets are allowed with restrictions. The house is partially handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Outland's Long Lake Resort host many family reunions. The resort is located 17 miles east of Ludington, and 30 miles south of Manistee in the middle of the Manistee National Forest . There is plenty of activities for the whole family, nearby Golf courses, Charter fishing, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, shopping and even a Casino a short drive away.  Every one has their own place to get way for quite times.  Car spotting is available in the fall.

Long Lake covers 130 acres and has a water depth of up to 90 feet.  Motors are allowed.  Fish include Bass, Blue Gill, Crappie, and Northern Pike.  Fishing guide service is available for river fishing in the spring and fall.
