Resort Seasons and Cabin Rental ratesOur Minnesota resort is open year round but if you wish to stay anytime in October through April it is by advance reservation only. June 16 - Aug 17 reflects our summer rate which can vary from $875 - $3385 a week or $655 - $2540 for a “mini vacation.” Our "Rest of the Year" rates range from $134 - $515 a night or $655 - $2575 a week. There is an additional charge of $25 a day or $125 a week for additional people over the “in rate of guests.” We have 18 cabins to choose from. Six charming 2 bedroom cabins, (#’s 1 – 7) and six 3 and 4 bedroom/2 bath cabins built in 2001 at lake level, (#’s 8 – 14) and six 3 to 8 bedroom spacious reunion condos built in 2005, (#’s 15 – 20). Our weekly stays check-in after 9 am on Sat and check out the following Friday before 11 am. We also offer “mini vacations” where you can book Friday - Monday for three nights or Monday - Friday for four nights - either one at the same rate! • Fully Equipped Kitchen Reunion Condo Amenities Our condos include all the items listed above The lake property has a large sandy beach, dock, playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, carpetball, a walking path and store. Kayaks, paddleboats, canoe and life jackets are included with cabin rental. The property has a boat launch, and boat and motor rentals, dock space and boat lifts are available. Gas, oil, bait, firewood, snacks, clothing and outdoor sundries are available for purchase. SurroundingsThe cabins are semi-private and quiet. The property is partially wooded and on Lake Edward, where water recreation includes swimming, fishing, waterskiing, canoeing and responsible jet-skiing is allowed. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bird watching, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, hunting, casinos and shopping. You can golf more than 450 holes, including many championship level courses. We are located 12 miles north of Brainerd, 10 miles east of Nisswa and 10 miles south of Cross Lake Minnesota. There are many golf courses in the area, unique shopping, 2 casinos within an hour drive, state parks, national forests and antique shops in the area. Lake Edward covers over 2000 acres and has a average water depth of 15 feet; with lots of structure and one 75 ft hole. There is no motor size limit. Fish include walleye, northern pike, crappies, sunfish, large & small mouth bass. A screened fish cleaning house with both lights and water is available for your convenience.
