Rental Rates and Seasons

The Montana vacation home is available for rent all year by the night, week or month. Rental rates for the cottage are $960 per week through May 31, 2005 and $1033 per week after June 1, 2005. Inquire about last minute discounts, off-season rates and multi-week discounts.

Accommodation Details

The 1880's 2-bedroom brick home accommodates up to 6 people. The heated home has a private bathroom, dining room, small library, fireplace, whirlpool, deck, phone, satellite TV and VCR, stereo audio system, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, microwave, and dishes. The cottage rental also comes with linens and towels. The home is filled with antiques and houseplants.

The property has a barbecue grill and a hot tub. The private and fenced property is colorfully landscaped with rose bushes and perennial flowers, and it has a raspberry patch. The property also has a driveway and a swing on the front porch.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please inquire about pets and handicap access while making reservations.

Surroundings

The vacation home is secluded and quiet, and the surrounding area is mountainous. Nearby recreation includes swimming, water-skiing, canoeing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. Fishing and fishing guide guide service is available nearby. Trout is a common catch in the area.

Bozeman is a mountain-town with about 35,000 residents. The home is within walking distance to the town's parks and attractions. Trails, waterfalls, and lakes are within a 10-30 minute drive. Ski resorts about 1/2 to 1 hour away.

Also surrounding the Bozeman Cottage are Yellowstone National Park (about a 1½ hours south), and Glacier National Park (about a 5-hour drive to the north).
