Cabin rental rates and seasons

The New Hampshire vacations cabin rentals are available from May 15 to Oct 31. Rental rates for the 4 cabins are:

Accommodation details

The 200 acre resort has 4 cabins, accommodating from 3 to 5 people each. All units are housekeeping. The vacation cabins have heat and air conditioning, decks, balconies, TV's, VCR's, radios, and kitchens with coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The property has barbecue grills and picnic tables. 

Smoking is not allowed in the cabins (smokers may use covered porches). The cabins are not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The property is on a 200 acre tree farm - remote and quiet! The cabins are on a 5 acre highland field, overlooking an 8 acre natural trout pond. Recreation includes fishing, golf, hiking on trails, bicycling, and hunting.

Located about 6 miles from Colebrook, Pittsburg, Canaan, and Connecticut Lakes. Only 8 miles to Canada and 2 1/2 hrs to Montreal.

Ladd Pond is about 8 acres and has a max water depth of 20 feet. The pond has a boat landing and fish include Brook Trout. Only electric motors are allowed.
