Pilgrim Inn & Cottages has 27 units, consisting of an inn, motel, and cottages. All units have private bathrooms and linens. All motel rooms include color cable TV, air conditioning, telephone, and have been recently redecorated and furnished. All cottages have unique decor, color cable TV, and screened porches; some have kitchens, kitchenettes or microwave ovens and refrigerators.

Pets and smoking are allowed in some rooms. The property has laundry facilities, and it is partially accessible to handicapped persons.

Surroundings

The inn and cottages are secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded and mountainous. Close by is Squam and Newfound Lakes, with beaches and boat launches. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing.

Squam and Newfound Lakes have an area of about 30 square miles, with a water depth of 150 feet. Fish include bass, trout, and perch; fishing guide service is available.
