Cottage Rental Rates and Seasons

The New York vacation resort with cottage rentals is open from May 15 to October 15. Rental rates for the lake cottages during peak season are $650 to $725 per week for 4 people, $50 each additional person. Daily rentals are available off-season, for $65 per night for 2 people.

Accommodation Details

This Adirondack Mountain vacation lake resort has 8 newer housekeeping cottages that are fully furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people each. The heated vacation cottages have large covered porch decks, TV's, and kitchens with coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Each cottage has its own picnic table and charcoal grill. Linens and towels are not provided.

The lake property has a very safe sand beach with toddler bathing area, a large docking area with fireplace, children's playground, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, tetherball, and fire pit. The N.Y. State boat launch is 3/4 mile away.

Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed off-season only. The resort is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The property is wooded and mountainous. The resort is on the shores of Seventh Lake, where water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating and waterskiing, and canoeing. Canoe and boat rentals are available from the resort. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding.

Seventh Lake is about 3 miles long and has a maximum water depth of 90 feet. Fish include bass, and many other types.

The town of Inlet is in the center of the 6 million acre Adirondack Mountains N.Y. State Park. Nearby Inlet (1.5 miles) and Eagle Bay (4 miles) have several grocery stores, churches, gift shops, movie theaters, public tennis courts, and a variety of nice restaurants. Old Forge is only 12 miles away. A laundromat is only 1 mile away, and an 18-hole golf course and riding stable is even closer.
