Rental rates and seasons

The Farm House is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

2 people $150 day/$900 week*
$25 per day per additional person
9 or more people quoted upon request
*Weekly rate is daily rate x 6. The 7th day is free.

Accommodation details

The vacation house has a living room, dining room, a spacious sun porch, 4 bedrooms, 1½ baths, and sleeps 8+. The 2 floor house with a basement has heat and air conditioning, a fireplace, washer/dryer, phones, fax and message machine, computer with internet access, TV, VCR, and DVD surround sound. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

A barn is available for stabling horses.

Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside. The home is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The Farm House and barn are on 100 acres that include woodlands of maple, pine and oak. Wildlife includes beavers, woodchucks, cottontails, deer, wild turkeys and wild geese. There is a 3 acre lake on the property that has bass, catfish and bluegill. Recreation includes fishing, hiking, and horseback riding. 

It is only a short drive to historic Burton, Punderson State Park & lake, Middlefield Cheese Factory, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Niagara Falls is only a 4 hour drive, and Washington D.C. is 6 hours.
