Rental rates and seasons
The tourist court has cabins and motel-type rooms. It is open from April
through October. Daily rates range from $45 to $150, and weekly rates are negotiable and
based upon length of stay.
Accommodation details
The vacation property has 20 units, varying in size and accommodating from
2 to 8 people each. All units have linens, private bathrooms, cable TV, porches, tub and
shower, carpet, and air conditioning. Some have kitchens with dishes,
pots and pans. The property has a swimming pool and a baby pool area.
Pets and smoking are permitted. The resort is partially accessible to
handicapped persons.
Surroundings
The tourist court is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded and
mountainous. It is at the foothills to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The park
and surrounding areas have 2,000 miles of streams, rivers, and lakes. Nearby Douglas Lake
has good bass and crappie fishing. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing, and
golf courses are also nearby.
