Rental Rates and Seasons

Frio Acres' vacation cabins/houses are available for rent all year. 

Regular Season: $90.00 per night (Based on occupancy of 2 people - 2 night minimum).

Peak Season (April 30th - Post Labor Day): $175 per night (Based on occupancy of 4 people - 3 night minimum).

LoneStar Lodge or Palomino: $450.00 per night year round.
(Based on occupancy of up to 14 people - 3 night minimum).

$7.50 for each additional person per night.

Accommodation Details

Frio Acres has two 4 bedroom/4 bath houses which sleep 14 and is handicap accessible. The 5 vacation cabins have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 8 people each. The cabins/houses have a large front porch, central heat and air conditioning, washer/dryer and TV’s with Direct TV. The fully-equipped kitchens have coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, and pots/pans and utensils. Linens and towels are not provided.

Each cabin/house has horseshoes, picnic table, barbecue grill and fire ring. A volleyball net is also available on the property.

Pets under 30 lbs only and additional charge of $5 per day. Smoking is outside the cabins/lodge only. Cabins are not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The cabins/houses are secluded and quiet. The 51 acre property has one acre on the Frio River where water recreation includes swimming, tubing, snorkeling, fishing. Fish include catfish, perch and bass. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, bird watching, and hunting. Garner State Park is about 4 miles away.
