The riverfront home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The home is located on the Manitowish River that connects to Boulder Lake and Rice Lake in the heart of the Northwoods. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, bicycling, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. Beautiful downtown Boulder Junction is just minutes away.

Boulder Lake covers 524 acres and has a water depth of 23 feet. Fish include Walleye, Muskie, LM Bass, and Panfish. Fishing guide service is available.
