Rental Rates and Seasons

The Wisconsin vacation cottage is available for rent all year. Rental rates for the cottage and/or pontoon are:

Notes:
1. Check-in after 4:00pm
2. Check-out by 12:00pm
3. Above rates do not include tax
4. Fully equipped kitchen
5. Bed linens provided

7. Weekly rates are for up to 4 people; add $40 per person, per week for each person over 4. (maximum 8)
8. Daily rates are for four people; add $10 per night for each person over four. (maximum 8).
9. Security deposit required

Accommodation Details

The vacation home has 3 bedrooms / 1 bath, and sleeps 7. The cottage has heat and air conditioning, deck, TV and VCR. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. Games include Monopoly, cribbage, cards and Scrabble. A limited number of movies are available for your use. 

The lakefront property has a beach, fire pit, dock, and boat launch. A small fishing boat is available free and pontoon boat is available to rent.

Smoking is allowed (use common sense). Pets must be under owners control at all times. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The cottage is on Chute Pond, surrounded by trees, and in a low traffic area with excellent eating establishments close by. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, water skiing, and canoeing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, bicycling, snowmobiling, and hunting.

Short driving distance to the towns of Suring, Mountain, and Lakewood. Only 35 minutes from Antigo and one hour from the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.

Chute Pond is over 400 acres with good bass, northern, crappie and perch fishing. Mornings and evenings have a speed limit on the water to accommodate fishermen. Much of the shoreline is on Nicolet National Forest.
