Rental rates and seasons

The Wisconsin vacation lake resort and campground is open from May through September. Daily rates range from $80, and weekly rates are $395 to $450.

Accommodation details

The lake resort has 3 cabins and 1 mobile home, accommodating from 2 to 7 people per unit. All units have kitchens, and linens, pots & pans, and dishes are provided. A 14-foot aluminum boat or individual dock space is included; motor rentals are available.

The resort has free a boat launch, charcoal grills, freezer service, a bar, and more.

Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed @ $25 per week. The resort is not handicap accessible, but is flat level ground and has great off shore fishing.

Surroundings

The vacation resort is on a level 5-acre site and is secluded and quiet. The resort is on Potato Lake.  Nearby recreation includes golf and hunting. Casino is within 45 minutes of resort.

Potato Lake is a Class A Musky Lake, with approximately 530 acres and a maximum water depth of 40 feet. Fish include musky, northern pike, walleye, bass and panfish. Fishing Hot Spots has listed Potato Lake as 1 of the 50 top musky lakes in Wisconsin. Muskies in the 40- to 50-inch range are caught each year. Extensive state stocking and great natural environment and an area-wide commitment to catch-and-release programs have resulted in above-average numbers of legal-sized fish.

Additional information

Timberline provides the best for both fishing and relaxing. The property also has 25 campsites. Owned and operated for over 30 years (1980 - 2010).
