Rental rates and seasons

Evergreen Point Resort is open from May 1 to Nov 30. Rental rates for the cabins are $100/day for 2 people, with an additional $15 per extra person. Weekly rates are $425 for 2 people (1 bedroom), $525 for 4 people (2 bedrooms), and $625 for 6 people (3 bedrooms) with a $60 extra charge for additional people.

Accommodation details

The lakeside resort has 5 cabins, with either 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, accommodating from 4 to 8 people per unit. Each cabin has satellite color TV, kitchen with microwave, pots & pans and dishes. Linens are supplied. All cabins are lakeside, each with its own pier, picnic table and charcoal grill. 14 foot aluminum boat or dock space for your boat. 

The resort has a sand beach, pier, swimming area, playground area, free paddle boat use, campfire facilities, volleyball/badminton area and various other comfort conveniences. Jet skis are not allowed.

Pets are allowed at an additional charge. The resort is partially accessible to handicapped persons.

Surroundings

Evergreen Point Resort is surrounded on three sides by water and the property is wooded. It is on Long Lake which is part of the Phillips Chain. Outboard motor and Pontoon boat rentals are available. Water recreation includes swimming and fishing. Nearby recreation includes indoor swimming pool, golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling and hunting.

The Phillips Chain is approximately 1,200 acres, with a water depth of 50 feet. Four lakes are accessible from the resort - Long, Wilson, Elk and Duroy. Fish include walleye, muskie, northern pike, bass, and panfish.
