Rental rates and seasons

This Wisconsin family vacation resort is open all year. Weekly rental rates for the lakefront vacation homes range from $630 to $2,500. Daily rentals vary from $100 to $360 and are available in Spring, Fall, and Winter. Reduced rental rates are available for longer stays.

Accommodation details

The resort has 10 vacation homes. Eight of them have been built in the last 8 years. They have 2 to 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 1 to 15 persons. All units have completely furnished kitchen and living room with fireplace. Most units have a deck, two bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer and air conditioning. All bed linen is furnished.

A 14' boat is included with each rental. Use of the resort kayaks, canoes, bicycles and paddle boat are included in our rates. Water skiing is offered Monday through Friday mornings, weather permitting, at no extra charge while on summer rates.

5 pontoon boats and 9.8 HP outboard motors are available for rent.

The resort has a sand beach, sundeck, playground, sand volleyball court, game room and a campfire pit. Seven of our homes are non smoking. Pets are not permitted at the resort.

Surroundings

The resort is secluded and quiet, yet is only three miles from the town of St. Germain. The majority of our 75 acres is wooded. We're located on the north shore of Little St. Germain Lake. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking, tennis, hunting, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.

Little St. Germain Lake is 980 acres, with a maximum depth of 54'. Fish include musky, northern pike, walleye, bass, and panfish.
