Rental rates and seasons

When you rent the lodge, you rent the entire 7-bedroom facility and get the privacy you deserve.  The lodge is available all year. Rates are based on the number of guests and length of stay.

1) 6 person stay for 2 nights including all taxes costs $750 in the summer.

2) 16 person stay for 2 nights including all taxes costs $950 in the summer.

3) 6 person stay for 3 nights including all taxes costs $1100 in the winter.

4) 16 person stay for 3 nights including all taxes costs $1350 in the winter.

Accommodation details

The Cranberry Mountain Lodge provides a unique lodging experience. The lodge accommodates up to 16 people with its 7 bedrooms. It has 1 private bathroom and 5 shared bathrooms. Linens are included, and the kitchen is fully-equipped and has pots & pans and dishes. The lodge has a 6-person hot tub, pool table, TV and VCR, and washer and dryer.

Pets are allowed, smoking is not.

Surroundings

The lodge is isolated and very quiet, with the nearest neighbor being 4 miles away. The wooded and mountainous property has an elevation of 4,000 feet elevation and is on top of Cranberry Mountain. It adjoins nearly 1,000,000 acres of National Forest. The views off the deck are spectacular, exceeding 40 miles.

You can hike, bike or ski right out the front door to a vast trail system. Nearby is the Cranberry Glades Botanical Area, Cranberry Mountain Visitors Center, Falls of Hill Creek, and Droop Maintain Battlefield State Park. Access to the Greenbrier River and fishing is only 10 miles away. Nearby recreation includes golfing, hiking, bicycling, hunting, snowmobiling, downhill skiing (Snowshoe Resort, 35 miles away), and cross-country skiing.
