Rental rates and seasonsThis northern Minnesota vacation lodge is 5 minutes from the end of the road in Crane Lake. Operation dates are May through October. Per person rental rates for the cottages or penthouse rooms start at $39 per day with your own boat and $65 with our new boat and motor rentals. Weekly rates comparably would be $299 per person with your own boat or $355 per person with one of our boats. Accommodation detailsPine Point Lodge has 9 modern housekeeping cottages + 3 penthouse rooms, accommodating up to 8 people in some units. The modern cottages have fully-equipped kitchens with microwaves, coffee makers, pots and pans, and dishes. Bed linens are provided. Wireless internet (free). In addition to their boat in location, there are 3 more motel rooms along with a 2 bedroom cottage available for rent at their drive to location. The lodge has a beach, hiking trail information, maps, gas, bait, some groceries and activities through out your stay. The property has laundry facilities. Pets and smoking are allowed. The resort is not handicap accessible. SurroundingsThe boat in lodge and cottages are remote and very quiet, but still accessible. The location sets it apart from the rest. The wooded site is on a private peninsula on Crane Lake, only 1 mile by boat from the end of the road. The 12 acre peninsula has no roads and no cars. At the drive in location, enjoy walking through the small town of Crane Lake stopping at the sea plane base, gift shop or walk to a local restaurant and lounge. Water recreation includes swimming, trophy fishing, and water skiing. Pontoon boats, kayaks, and boat and motor rentals are available. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, sightseeing, historic sites, bicycling, and hunting. From the doorstep of your cottage you can explore 3 exclusive wilderness areas and ¼-million acres of waterways: Voyageur's National Park, Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, and Canada's Quetico Provincial Park. Voyageur's National Park does not have boat or motor restrictions. Crane Lake is approximately 3,000 acres, with a maximum water depth of 80 feet.
